Upper floors above busy shopping streets
SoHo is best known for its cast‑iron architecture and its shopping streets, but the floors above the retail are working space. Creative agencies, architecture and interior design offices, fashion and product showrooms, photographers and small media companies all operate from loft floors with tall windows and open plans.
The buildings are historic, which makes the logistics different from a modern tower. Some have a manual or very small elevator; some are walk‑ups, and the stairs are steep. Street access is another factor: the sidewalks are busy with shoppers and the streets are narrow, so a driver may need to time the stop carefully. Tell us whether your floor is up stairs or served by an elevator, and we will plan accordingly.
A showroom or studio with clients coming in has its own preferences. You may want the bottles delivered before the day gets busy, or kept out of sight in a back room. Let us know and we will note it on the account. If your lease or building manager requires a certificate of insurance from vendors, ask us when you place the order.

Ordering for SoHo
SoHo is inside our Manhattan service area (ZIPs 10012, 10013). Water is 5‑gallon bottles at $13.00 per bottle, with a $5.00 delivery fee per order and a 3‑bottle minimum. We confirm your route day before the first delivery.
