Some have a single freight elevator shared by every tenant; some have a ground‑floor service door but no loading dock; some have a building manager who wants to know in advance when a vendor is arriving. A five‑gallon bottle weighs enough that nobody wants to carry it up several flights, so we ask about elevator access when you order and plan the stop around it.
Galleries and studios often have an unusual rhythm — quiet weekdays before an opening, crowded for an event, closed on certain days. Tell us which days the space is staffed and we will build the delivery around that rather than the other way around.
